I too have ridiculously dry lips and have experimented and spent all sorts of money on different lip balms. After all the trials, tribulations, and epic fails (like bleeding chapped lips. Ahhhhh!) I found that ChapStick works the best for me O_o The good ol’ ChapStick brand is my friend. :)
